Simple pricing for your event

Joynly is a web app for planning private group events such as class reunions and family gatherings – digital invitations, guest lists and RSVPs, schedules, shared “who brings what” lists, polls, photos and budget tracking.

Pricing is per event. Every event starts free. If you need more than 20 guests or the paid features, you buy a one-time upgrade for that event – no subscription and no automatic renewal. Prices are shown in USD; your local currency and any applicable VAT are shown at checkout.

You choose and pay for a plan inside your event, under “Admin → Plan”.

How payment & billing works

Our payments are processed by Paddle. When you buy a Basic or Premium upgrade, Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record: Paddle handles the checkout, payment methods, invoicing and applicable sales tax / VAT, and appears on your card or bank statement.

Accepted payment methods depend on your country and are shown in the Paddle checkout (typically major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay).

What you are charged

A single, one-time amount for the selected plan and event. There is no recurring charge, and nothing renews automatically. If you later want to extend a Basic event or add another event, that is a new, separate purchase.

Invoice

Paddle sends an order confirmation and receipt by email immediately after a successful payment.

Refunds & cancellation

The paid features for your event are activated immediately after payment (digital service). If something is wrong – a technical problem, a double charge, or the plan does not work as described – contact us at contact@joynly.org within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.

Consumers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting to use the paid features immediately after purchase you agree that the service begins before the withdrawal period ends; where the service has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal expires. This does not affect the voluntary 14-day refund described above or your mandatory warranty rights.

Refund requests are handled together with Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and are returned to the original payment method. To cancel a plan or request a refund, email contact@joynly.org with your Paddle order number.

Terms of sale

  • Seller: singduel UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Rigistr. 3c, 16341 Panketal, Germany.
  • Product: access to paid features of the Joynly event-planning web app, granted per event.
  • Price: as stated above, in USD; the amount charged in your local currency and any VAT/sales tax are shown before you confirm payment.
  • Payment & reseller: processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as authorised reseller / Merchant of Record.
  • Delivery: the plan is activated on the event automatically and immediately after successful payment.
  • Term: Basic is valid for 6 months from purchase; Premium has no expiry. Neither renews automatically.
  • Refunds: see “Refunds & cancellation” above.
  • Governing law: the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

Frequently asked questions

Is Joynly really free?
Yes. You can plan an event with up to 20 guests without paying anything. You only pay if you need more guests or the paid features for a specific event.
Is this a subscription?
No. Basic and Premium are one-time payments for a single event. Nothing renews and you will not be charged again.
What is the difference between Basic and Premium?
Both remove the 20-guest limit and unlock the paid features for one event. Basic is valid for 6 months; Premium stays active permanently and includes future paid features.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Prices are listed in USD. Paddle shows the exact amount in your local currency, including any VAT or sales tax, before you confirm.
How do I get a refund?
Email contact@joynly.org within 14 days of purchase with your Paddle order number.
