Move from endless email chains to getting the entire guest list together fast. Joynly gives you a unique way to organize your guest list through the power of the crowd.
Open invitation:
1.) If your invitation list is not yet complete, e.g. because you are organizing a class reunion and you do not have all contacts yet, simply proceed with an open invitation:
Check the checkbox 'Guests can add other guests' in the edit section of the participant list.
2.) Add guests that you know to the invitation list. If you add an email address they will receive an invitation. Alternatively send out the invitation link by social media.
3.) Through the invitation link, invited guests will be navigated to your invitation page. They do not need any account for this! Guests can confirm their attendance either on the invitation page or in the guest list. The status of their attendance will be stored in the guest list.
4.) As it is an open invitation, guests can add additional guests. This is very helpful, if you e.g. organize a class reunion where every guest still has contact to a fraction of the whole group to be invited. The power of this pyramid scheme will lead to a complete guest list over time.
