Form an organization team

Is the planning of your event progressing well, but you find that there is a substantial amount of work to be done? In that case, consider forming an organizational team to help distribute the tasks. Members of the organizational team will have additional privileges compared to regular guests, allowing them to offer you the most effective support.

To transform guests into organizers, you have two options. You can navigate to the 'Rights Management' section within the administration area and invite new members from there.

Invitations are dispatched via email. Once an individual follows this invitation and registers for a user account on the website, they are instantly granted membership within the organizational team. Furthermore, the process is streamlined when converting other guests into organizers if they have already established a user account. In such cases, they are automatically added to the rights management section, making it a straightforward task to adjust their privileges.
